Recycled polypropylene (PP) — also sold as recycled PP granules or recycle PP resin — is one of the most versatile moulding polymers, valued for its stiffness, chemical resistance and low density. LSM reprocesses imported PP flake into a clean, round, injection moulding grade pellet at our own plant in Telok Gong, Klang.
Every batch is crushed, washed, pelletized and tested in-house for melt flow rate, impact strength and density, so the material moulds predictably run after run. Supplied in black and grey, packed in 25 kg woven bags or 1 MT jumbo bags, with a Certificate of Analysis on every order.
Our recycled PP is graded by purity, which tracks with melt flow rate — the higher the MFR, the higher the purity, the higher the grade. Black is offered as MRP (≈0.93 kg/pc), Grade A (≈0.95), Grade C (≈0.98) and Grade D (≈1.00 kg/pc); grey is offered in Grade A and Grade D. Tell us your application and we'll match the right tier.
