Recycled high-density polyethylene (HDPE) — also sold as recycled HDPE granules or rHDPE resin — is a tough, stiff, chemically resistant polymer ideal for moulded parts that take a beating. LSM reprocesses imported HDPE flake into a clean, round injection moulding grade pellet at our own plant in Telok Gong, Klang.
This grade runs a high melt flow rate of 10+ g/10min, so it fills fast-cycle injection tools cleanly and consistently. Supplied in black, blue, green and dark grey, packed in 25 kg woven bags or 1 MT jumbo bags. Every batch is crushed, washed, pelletized and QC-tested in-house, with a Certificate of Analysis on every order.
