Blow-moulding grade recycled high-density polyethylene pellets (rHDPE), reprocessed in-house at our Telok Gong, Klang plant — low-flow MFR ≈1 with high molecular weight for strong, hollow parts, with a COA on every batch.
Blow-grade recycled HDPE — recycled high-density polyethylene granules for blow moulding — is the go-to feedstock for tough hollow parts like bottles, industrial drums and jerry cans. LSM reprocesses imported HDPE flake into a clean, round blow-moulding pellet at our own plant in Telok Gong, Klang.
This grade runs a low melt flow rate of ≈1 g/10min, giving the high melt strength blow moulding needs to hold a stable parison. Every batch is crushed, washed, pelletized and QC-tested in-house, packed in 25 kg woven bags or 1 MT jumbo bags, with a Certificate of Analysis on every order.
Grading rule: lower MFR = higher molecular weight = higher grade.
